The transaction was funded by Anvil Capital, a private equity firm headquartered in New York. The purchase of Northern Graphics by Shipmates/Printmates, the largest on-demand printer in New York’s Capital Region, was closely aligned to the strict acquisition criteria of the buyer, which was seeking to expand its geographic presence.
