Neurotherm, LTD a worldwide provider of high quality radio frequency generators and disposables to Pain Relief Centers and Clinics announced the acquisition of their company by RDG Medical Holdings, Inc. The transaction was part of a strategic plan to enter the market by acquiring multiple synergistic companies. The funding that will be provided by the Cortec Group, a New York City based private investment firm, will enable the company to bring new technologies to the pain market that will result in substantial relief to people suffering from chronic back pain.
