Mr. Arayas brings extensive domestic and international business development, sales and marketing talent to LockeBridge. Joe has held senior level positions at large public and privately held companies and at smaller consulting and M&A firms throughout a successful three decade career in High Technology, Life Safety, Security and Consulting.

Prior to joining Lockebridge Joe served as Director of Vertical Markets and Global Accounts for Tyco International’s Security Products Division where he led a global sales team tasked with expanding domestic and international sales thru organic growth with Fortune 1000 customers and external investments. As Director of Global Business Development for Sensormatic’s Software House business he was responsible for the rapid expansion of international revenue and identification of potential new distribution and technology partners including the acquisition of a Belfast Northern Ireland based security Technology Company and several European and Asian systems integrators. During his tenure at Globalnet, an international consulting and M&A firm, Joe advised the Latin American management team of a major High Tech corporation on the acquisition of local companies to expand and enhance overall support and service delivery throughout the region.

Joe’s experience with customers and partners across a broad range of technology based industries provides him with a holistic view of converging technology solutions. Joe’s focus is to develop effective ways to identify, evaluate and expand the scope of successful client engagements in the Information Technology, Software, Security, and related vertical markets.

Joe holds an MBA degree in Operations and Marketing from Boston University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. He also holds a certificate from the Advanced International Management Program at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France and is a graduate of the University of Michigan’s Executive Development Program.

Joe and his wife Susan are longtime residents of Sudbury, MA where they live with their two children.
