Mr. Jacchino joins LockeBridge after a successful career of over twelve years as the North American M&A Leader for IBM’s Global Business Services.  Jack was recruited by the CEO of IBM to initiate, build, and lead the corporation’s global business services practice.

In addition to his experience at IBM Jack has held several senior executive positions in numerous firms focused on delivering global M&A, joint venture and consulting services in various sectors with a focus on Information Technology, Medical Device, Pharmaceuticals and Business Services. Jack has over 30 years of experience providing capital sourcing, merger and acquisition transactional advisory and related consulting services.

During his thirty-year career providing M&A advisory, joint venture and consulting services, Jack has successfully completed over 250 acquisitions and 135 divestments with transactions ranging in size between $5M to well over $1B.  In addition to the technology and healthcare sectors, Jack has also executed numerous transactions within the Financial Services market.  In fact, Jack orchestrated one of the largest contemporary acquisitions in the history of the Financial Services Industry.
