Mr. Hansen has held various senior level financial positions for large blue chip companies. Scott has also founded several companies which he successfully exited. Prior to his entreprenuerial ventures, Scott served as the CFO and the Managing Director of Corporate Development for LPL Financial, the largest independent broker dealer in the nation as measured by revenue. At LPL he was often charged with developing and executing integration plans that required him to assume day-to-day operating responsibilities for newly acquired companies.Prior to LPL he was Senor Vice President of Corporate Development for Liberty Financial Companies, a subsidiary of Liberty Mutual Holding Company, Inc., employing over 2100 people. Scott launched his career on Wall Street where he spent several years as Vice President of Investment Banking at Lehman Brothers.

Scott has worked with both public and private companies in a variety of industries, including; communications, energy, professional services and manufacturing. Scott has extensive experience in advising companies on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, executing growth strategies and raising capital. As an advisor to management teams in both emerging and mature industries, Scott is adept at recognizing the financial drivers behind a business and developing operating and financial strategies that will maximize the value of the company over time or best position it for a sale.

Earlier in his career, Scott was professionally trained in the executive offices of American Express to craft board and investor presentations to succinctly convey complex business opportunities and financial information to drive management decisions and build investor confidence. Throughout his career these skills have been fundamental to his ability to communicate the value of business opportunities. In his role of Managing Director with LockeBridge, Scott applies this expertise to bring premium value to LockeBridge clients.

Scott has a MBA in International Business from George Washington University, is a LEED AP and has uncommon expertise in the green and construction sciences. Scott resides in Wellesley, MA with his wife and two daughters where he is active in town government and busy renovating his Victorian home.
