LockeBridge LLC announced today that it has acted as exclusive financial advisor to Hampshire Fitness Club, Inc. a 32,000 square foot multi-purpose fitness facility. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Based in Amherst, Hampshire Fitness Club (“the Company”) is one of the largest multi-purpose facilities in the region. The facility offers basketball, tennis, swimming, cardio and weight training, spinning and aerobics.

According to Mr. Tyler Block, a Lockebridge Managing Director, “With multiple additions over the years, the Company has offered the best facilities for over 20 years. I expect that the new owners, well established health club operators, will continue to add to the club offering the latest in exercise technology.
